When you think of taking a boot camp class, you have to look at the program. We will be changing routines every couple of weeks going from strength training to weight loss workouts to fat burning workouts. This will challenge all from the .beginner to the advanced person. I challenge all you athletesto try this class. We wi]] offer all new kettle ball sessions, working on the three most important elements in fitness; Cardio, Core and Resistance. It makes your body become the ultimate fitness ma- chine moving in three di- mensions toning every muscle. This class will also include a wide variety of ex- treme workouts from butts to arms to center core. If you are looking to lose 50 pounds or less or just get in the best shape of your life, this class will deliver! We will continue to work with Dr. Jason Villalobos with the Body by VI all natural weight loss pro- gram. I have been on this program and highly recom- mend it to assist with your exercise goals. Our second new pro- gram is BODY TRANS- FORMATION CLASS. I taught this class this spring and summer. I de- veloped a comprehensive body sculpt program that burns thermo fat from in- side your body. You sweat from the inside out; this is a technique that encour- ages quality reps, not rushed reps plus stretches. I teach upper/lower, lower/ upper and abs; working one muscle group at a time. This really works and we get great results. All tese new classes will start after Labor Day. I would love to help you at- tain your goals. Obituaries Black/Green Engagement Wesley Wesley Sadler passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at the VA hospital in Des Moines• A memorial visitation was held Friday, August 3, 2012 at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle with military honors at 7pm and a reception to fol- low at Wesley's home. Wesley was born on Octo- ber 21, 1949 in Des Moines, Iowa to Darwin and Daisy (Yerk) Sadler. Wesley was in the Marine Corps as a Flight Equipment Man during the Vietnam War and worked with the Ma- rines following his dis- charge in 1971. Wesley re- ceived the National De- Sadler fense Service Medal, Viet- nam Service Medal w/4 stars, Combat Aircrew In- signia w/3 stars, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/device, Air Medal w/Numeral 6, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Good Conduct Medal, Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Gallantry Cross w/Palm Frame. Wesley is survived by his wife Cheryl Wier; 2 sons; Ken(Missy) Sadler of Carlisle and Tony Sadler of Carlisle; step daughters, Nickole Pugh (Josh), Mindy Ruggles, KC Ruggles and step son Troy Ruggles. Sis- ters Leah Schaffer, Robin Jones, Rebecca Roberts and Stephanie Bragg; Grand- children Mariah, Kobi and Kaden Sadler and stepgrandchildren Katlin, Madison Pugh, Tristen Ruggles, Abigail Wolfe and Macey Ruggles. She graduated from Carlisle High School in 2004 and St. Ambrose University in 2010 with a Masters de- gree. She is currently employed as an occupational thera- pist at ChildServe in Johnston. Andrew, the son of Jim and Lori Green of Cherokee, Iowa, graduated from Cherokee Washington High School in 2004 and Central College in 2008 with a Bachelors degree. He is currently employed as an auditor at McGladrey LLP in Des Moines. An afternoon wedding is planned for September 1, 2012 at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. Booster Club Announcements As the new academic school year approaches, so does a new year for Carlisle Athletics! The Carlisle Booster Club will be doing Canvas the Town on Mon- day, August 20 from 6:30 to 8:30. Forms will also be available the night of school Open House, August 16 and at the Wildcat Bowl, Friday August 17. Your support is greatly appreci- ated.
